By now you should have enrolled in the Save Direct Mail Order Pharmacy for all of your maintenece medications.  These medications are considered any medication you will take for three months or more or medications you take every month.  These process is not difficult to enroll.  Once you enroll you can transfer any exisiting medications to the mail order pharmacy if you have 3 or more refills on the medication.  If you do not have 3 refills you will need  to ask your physician for another prescription with a minimun of 3 refills in order to fill them with the mail order pharmacy.  The medications are mailed to your home and come from a distribution point here in San Antonio.  The first form below is the registration form that you complete for you and your spouse and any other covered dependants.  The second form is the form you use to mail additional or new prescriptions to the mail order pharmacy.  If you need help with any of this process you can come in and your representative will assist you and answer any questions you may have.  Call 210-699-3971.
